Withdrawal policy

This policy explains how withdrawals work: the available methods, the timelines, the limits, the checks we are obliged to perform and what can delay a request. By using the withdrawal function you accept the rules on this page, which complements and is consistent with the Deposit and withdrawal methods page.

1. Introduction and consent

Withdrawing your funds should be as simple as depositing them. This policy sets out the exact mechanics: where the money can go, how fast, with which checks. By submitting a withdrawal request you confirm that the destination details are yours and correct, and that you accept the verification steps described below.

2. Available withdrawal methods

Faster Payments bank transfer to your registered account; payments to digital wallets (PayPal); payments to Visa and Mastercard cards where the issuing bank supports it; and crypto-asset withdrawals to a wallet address you control, in the assets the platform supports. The full table with fees and times is maintained on the Deposit and withdrawal methods page.

3. Processing times

Withdrawals by Faster Payments bank transfer and wallets usually complete within 24 hours on business days. Card payments take 1 to 5 business days, depending on the issuing bank. Crypto withdrawals depend on network confirmation times. Weekend and holiday requests are queued for the next business day. Factors that can extend these times: identity verification still in progress, unusual transaction volume requiring review, or payment provider maintenance.

4. Fees and charges

The platform charges no fee for standard withdrawals. Third-party costs (bank fees, network fees on crypto transfers) are deducted by those providers and shown before you confirm the withdrawal. If a cost changes between request and execution, you will see the final amount to approve before the transfer is sent.

5. Withdrawal limits

The minimum withdrawal equals the deposit minimum on the Fees page. Per-transaction and daily maximums depend on your plan and payment method, and are shown in the withdrawal dialogue before you submit: you never discover a limit through a rejected request. Higher limits require completed enhanced verification.

6. KYC/AML checks

First withdrawals require completed identity verification. Withdrawals may also be reviewed against anti-money-laundering rules: confirmation of the origin of funds for large amounts, or a pause while a transaction pattern requires review. These checks are a legal duty, not a judgement about you, and we tell you what is needed to complete them.

7. Reasons for delay or rejection

A withdrawal may be delayed or rejected when: the account details do not match the verification documents; the destination account is not in your name; documents are expired or illegible; the request triggers an AML review; there is an open complaint or investigation on the account; or a technical or regulatory restriction applies. In every case you receive the reason and what to do: a silent rejection is not an outcome we produce.

8. Your responsibility

Correct destination details are your responsibility: a payment sent to mistyped details can be unrecoverable. Keep your registered email up to date: withdrawal confirmations and security notices arrive there. If you did not request a withdrawal, report it immediately: early reporting can stop the transfer.

9. Cancelling or modifying a request

A pending withdrawal can be cancelled or edited from the dashboard while its status is "Waiting". Once execution has started, the request can no longer be modified: your bank or wallet provider is the only party who can act. Cancelled withdrawals return the amount to your account balance immediately.

10. Support

Withdrawal questions to [email protected], including the request's date, amount and method. The payments team responds on business days, normally within the first hour, and can trace any request in the processing pipeline.

11. Policy updates

This policy may change to reflect payment provider terms or regulatory requirements. The current version always lives on this page; material changes are announced on the site before taking effect. Continued use of the withdrawal function after a change implies acceptance of the updated version.
