Our mission
We believe technology should do the heavy lifting of market analysis, and that people should handle the human part: onboarding, questions and support. The platform was designed so that a first-time user can start within minutes, always understand what the algorithm is doing, and keep full control of their funds and risk settings.
We are also upfront about what no technology can promise: markets involve risk, results are never guaranteed, and every user should invest only what they can afford to lose. Honest communication is part of the product, not a footnote.
How the platform has evolved
- 2021
Senerum starts as a small Manchester research team building pattern-recognition models for market data.
- 2022
The first automated strategies go live for a closed group of UK users; the personal-manager onboarding model is introduced.
- 2023
The analysis engine expands from crypto into equity markets; risk controls that pause trading in extreme volatility roll out across the platform.
- 2024
Reports are rebuilt around plain-language weekly summaries; Faster Payments deposits in pounds become the standard for UK accounts.
- 2025
The dashboard gains one-click strategy pausing, session management and a full audit history; support moves to extended hours for active users.
Analysis engine
The algorithm scans markets continuously for short-term patterns and micro-trends that are easy to miss when watching by hand.
Human support layer
Every new user gets a personal manager who helps with setup, deposits, adjustments and withdrawals. Support runs on extended hours.
Where we operate
The platform serves users in the United Kingdom, with local payment methods, deposits in pounds sterling and managers who know the regional details, from Faster Payments bank transfer processing times to the public holiday calendar. Registration details are on the Licensing and regulation page, and contact routes are on the Contact page.
